Preliminary Cost Advice and Cost Planning
Preliminary cost advice is given at the outset of a scheme, even before the architect's drawing are prepared. For any given expenditure the type and size of structure that will be erected will be assessed and we would assist the client in the preparation of the budget for the project.
The prime object cost planning is to ensure that the first estimated the acceptable tender and the financial cost on construction projects do not differ significally (expect of costs when changes are introduced by the client). Cost planning also provides the building owner and designer with an appreciation of the financial implication of differing solution and changes in requirement.
