ADVICE ON OBTAINING TENDERS

Tenders for construction work obtained either by competition or by negotiation. The choice has to be ascertained at an early stage. We would advice the client on the sclection of suitable firms to be invited for tender, according to the type and size of a job and the general standard of workmanship and skill that may be required. This also applies in the selection of nominated subcontractors and suppliers for the job that are specialist in nature

PRELIMINARY TENDER REPORT

Tenders received from contractors will be checked and evaluated. The report to the client would include information and comments on the level of prices, the completion period submitted, the level of competition achieved and all other information which would assist the client to make the final choice.

SETTLEMENT OF FINAL ACCOUNTS

This involves measurement of variations, adjustments in the accounts of nominated subcontractors and suppliers and any other factors for which the contract allows towards achieving the final cost of the project.
